We created a pop-up “cafe” on Canal Street create the vibe that the lively community space (think: seating, art, vendors, music) that is envisioned for the central corridor within the redeveloped Bates Mill 5 connecting the parking garage, Mill 5 tenants, and eventually Lisbon Street.
